Non-Disclosure Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The client's privacy is the first of our working principles. This policy explains how we protect the information of our clients and partners, and how we protect our own projects.
The client's information and materials
- We treat everything we receive from the client — materials, data, ideas, plans and conversations — as private to the client, and we do not disclose it.
- We do not use any client's materials in other work or in marketing without their written permission.
- We do not publish a client's work on our accounts without their consent.
Non-disclosure agreements
- We commit to non-disclosure agreements in both directions: we sign one with the client whenever requested, and we require one when we give another party access to our information.
- The duty of non-disclosure continues after the engagement ends.
Who has access to the information
- The company is managed, and its projects are executed, directly by its owner and CEO, so information stays within the narrowest circle.
- When a project's scope expands and specialized partners or suppliers are involved, they are bound by the same duty of non-disclosure, under direct executive supervision.
Our in-house projects
- We show no technical, design or commercial details about our projects on the website, as they are on the path to patent registration.
- Project links are protected by an access code that the company issues to serious entities, partners, investors and sponsors under a non-disclosure agreement.
- The holder of a code undertakes not to share it, and not to disclose, copy or publish what they view.
What the duty does not cover
Information that is publicly known without a breach of this policy, and information the law requires to be disclosed to the competent authorities.
